Philip Cheng has been a commercial realtor since 1986 specializing in retail sales and leasing.  With a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in finance and accounting and a Bachelors of Science degree majoring in mathematics and physics, Philip’s strong technical background and extensive experience enables him to provide comprehensive services to both landlords and tenants in real estate transactions.Philip joined Retail Division of Cushman & Wakefield in 2002 and has done extensive work with retail plazas, street front retail , strata retail projects and the sale of businesses.
