Enjoy looking at these two beautiful bowls by Kwakwaka'wakw artist Beau Dick. These two bowls date from the 80s and 90s and are quite different in style to his later pieces.

Gerry Marks, Haida artist carved this stunning sterling silver bracelet of an Asian inspired Dragon in 1996. It's an idea of how East meets West or shall I say, East meets Haida!

Komokwa is of major importance in Kwakwaka’wakw myth. He is King of the Undersea World, and master and protector of the Seals, who were a symbol of wealth. This is one of two masks purchased from Artist, Tom Hunt last week.

Joe Peters Jr (Kwakwaka'wakw)
This Seal Bowl was carved in 1994, the year the artist died. He was only 35 years old but had already made a great contribution to the North West Coast.
